Australia's foreign policy seems 'quite flat-footed'

With dynamic changes in the region, Dr. Raby suggests that firm leadership on both sides is necessary to ensure the relationship gets back on track, but notes that China ought not to employ trade measures to make diplomatic points to Australia.
